DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, we're committed to offering a replacement or a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Kindly send your order details along with photographic evidence to: support@refinedhomeliving.co.uk.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
While we understand if you've had a change of heart, we're unable to offer free returns in such cases. Please ensure to package your item(s) securely and return them using a delivery service of your choice within 14 days of receipt. Send your order details and proof of posting/tracking details to: support@refinedhomeliving.co.uk. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we'll issue a refund for the item cost (excluding the initial delivery charge). Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the returns cost.
