Delivery Information

We offer free delivery to UK mainland.

Delivery lead time is 3-5 working days from receipt and payment of an order for Mainland UK and Scotland, and 5-7 working days for Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Customers will be informed of an approximate delivery date upon ordering Goods. Standard delivery will be delivered at kerb side or to the door.

If you do not take delivery of the goods on the scheduled date without providing the minimum 24 hours notice, at our discretion and without prejudice to any other rights, we reserve the right to charge a standard delivery fee to recover transport and administration costs.

Returning unwanted items:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to initiate a return, you have a 5-working day window from the date of delivery receipt to do so. However, please be aware that a 25% order cancellation fee will apply. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and in good condition. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the associated invoice becoming payable, as per the agreed payment terms.

Refunds or credit notes will only be processed after the receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of goods inspection for the processing of your refund or credit note.

For orders delivered on a pallet, it is essential to return them on a pallet for transportation purposes.

Please make sure to notify us of any damages or returns within 5 days of receiving your order.
