Delivery has always been a cornerstone of our service, and it continues to be a source of pride for us.
Our custom-manufactured products are crafted to order and typically delivered within 10 working days across most areas of mainland Britain.
For stocked items, expect delivery within 3-5 days or the option to collect as soon as the next day—same day if orders are placed before 9:30 AM.
Additionally, we offer a dedicated two-person home delivery service directly to your doorstep.

When Reporting Faults:
In the unlikely event that your item has been unwrapped and there are signs of damage, you must contact our customer support team immediately so that we can liaise with you to sort out the problem whenever possible. Our customer support team are available by emailing support@refinedhomeliving.co.uk
Step 1 : Contact us immediately. Our dining tables are extremely heavy and we recommend that they are only assembled by a professional. In case of any defects or damage, you should contact us whilst you are with the product so that we can help you to troubleshoot and rectify any problem you encountered.
Step 2 : Send us pictures or videos of the problem and the item packaging so that we can complete a virtual inspection. This communication needs to happen immediately, as our team may ask for further details or provide solutions which you need to be able to action in real time. Often, we can solve queries instantly by understanding what you are looking at.
Step 3 : If we are unable to resolve your problem, please return the item to our warehouse inside its original packaging for a full inspection. Ensure any item for return is in the condition that you received it, do not throw away any packaging. We will not be able to refund you in full if there are any signs of transit damage or misuse.
Step 4 : We will repair or replace the item in the first instance. If this option is not available, we will refund you in full. Please note: refunds are limited to the original purchase price paid.
If you happen to receive an incorrect item upon delivery, please report it to the team as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue quickly.
Unwanted Items
Looking to return your furniture?
No problem! We understand that plans can change. We're happy to offer a full refund minus any courier costs incurred. These costs vary based on item size, weight, and location.
This applies to all our products as long as they are in the same condition as when sold and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging. Items that have been assembled need to be unassembled for collection.

Return Costs
We would love to offer a free return service for all our items, but unfortunately, this is not possible. The return cost varies depending on the item being returned.
For example, returning a regular sofa will cost a minimum of £100. This charge covers the fees associated with instructing a courier to collect the furniture and bring it back to our warehouse. We will never charge more than £150 for a return request.
Alternatively, you can use your own selected courier, and we will issue a full refund upon the return (minus the initial delivery fee, if applicable).
Processing Your Refund
We will refund the money back to the same payment method you used to place your order. If you used a credit or debit card, you should receive your money back within 7 working days of the refund being issued, not the return being performed. This is due to the clearing process that many banks work through.
If you used PayPal and had funds in the account, the refund normally is performed and back into your account on the same day the refund is issued.
The furniture items need to be inspected by our technicians before a refund is issued to ensure they are in the same condition as sold.
