How Are Our Hot Tubs Delivered & Installed?
When considering purchasing a spa for the first time, customers often wonder how hot tubs are delivered. If you're thinking of ordering one of our stunning new hot tubs or one from anywhere else, there are a few things you need to consider and understand first about the delivery and installation process, so that you know the hot tub can be delivered safely and efficiently.
Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Our standard delivery service includes free UK Mainland delivery within a 200-mile radius of our distribution centre. For deliveries outside of this zone, there is an additional surcharge charge of £100. We are happy to deliver anywhere down South and as far north as Glasgow.
Installation Services
Our delivery service allows you to choose from simple kerbside delivery, delivery & positioning, or full installation service. As long as you have the required electrics set up, our installation service means you can get your hot tub working the same day!
When you buy your hot tub from us, we will help you every step of the way to ensure you not only get the right spa for you but also that you can actually get it into your garden!
Special Considerations
Sometimes our customers require their new hot tub to be lifted into their garden, either over the house, a garage, or a fence/wall. We can help with this by working with you to source crane hire. If it needs to go over the house, you'll likely require a full-size crane. The cost for this is anything from £400-700 depending on location, how busy the street is, and various other factors. If the tub needs to go over a wall, fence, hedge, or another smaller obstacle, a HIAB will often be the best solution. This is a small flatbed truck with a crane arm on the back. It's usually much cheaper, from £150-300 on average.

Your Legal Right to Cancel
Right to Cancel
You have the legal right to cancel an order placed with us under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013, within the relevant periods detailed in clauses 11.3 and 11.5, unless clauses 11.4 or 11.6 apply.
This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or for any other reason decide not to proceed with your order, you can notify us to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Information about your legal right to cancel the order under these regulations is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Right to Cancel – Products
Your legal right to cancel an order for Products begins from the date we send you the Order Confirmation. The deadline for cancelling your Contract ends 14 calendar days after you take physical possession of the Products following delivery and/or installation.
Right to Cancel – Installation Services
Your legal right to cancel an order for Installation Services begins from the date you receive your Dispatch Confirmation. The deadline for cancelling your Contract ends 14 calendar days after the date on which you receive your Order Confirmation Email, in accordance with clause 9.1.7.
Returning Your Order
To cancel an order for Products and/or Installation Services, please contact us at support@refinedhomeliving.co.uk. Alternatively, you can send a cancellation notice to the same email address.
Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed with us, you are responsible for returning the Products to us within 14 days of cancelling your order. The cost of returning the cancelled Products will be your responsibility.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products and/or Installation Services and any applicable delivery charges you have paid, unless clause 11.12 applies. We will process the refund as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned Products from you.
We will refund you using the same method of payment used to place your order.
Consequential Loss
We will not be held liable for any Consequential Loss, including but not limited to costs incurred for preparing a tub base, loss of profit, or business interruption. Please note that our liability is limited to products used for domestic and private use only.
